Delivery

We offer delivery from £25 for bed frames, divan beds, mattress and selected bedroom furniture within a 25 mile radius of our store (KY1 4EH). Delivery is also available for accessories for £9.50 and home furnishings for £9.99.

If we have your product in store collection is FREE providing suitable transport is brought.

Our delivery costs are not hidden in the price of our beds, so we make a nominal charge as a contribution towards carriage and insurance costs (mainland UK and Northern Ireland) for divan beds, mattresses, headboards and bed frames. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is home to sign for the goods.

Once you have made your purchase online and our sleep experts have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date. Your delivery date will be arranged over the phone closer to your delivery week.

Please ensure you’ve given us your contact numbers, including a mobile if you have one.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday – 9-1pm or 1-5pm, depending on your location.As 95% of our beds are hand made to order, We give an average lead time of 2-4 weeks. Please don’t be surprised if we call you sooner than you think as in the past our clients have received their orders sooner than they thought.

Problems with the delivery date?

Deliveries to England and Northern Ireland can have longer lead times. If you have ordered online or from telesales please call us FREE on 01592 381673. Going that little bit further…

We’ll deliver your bed or furniture, not just to your front door, but to any room in your house. Of course we’ll take every care carrying your items through your home but even so, we recommend that you move valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Our team will advise you of any risks that should be removed during delivery. The following services are also available at an extra charge:

• We unpack and recycle packaging
• We unpack all divans, assemble and fit the headboards in a room of your choice
• We unpack mattresses only purchases and place them on an existing divan base or frame
• We will take away packaging for divans, mattress and headboard packaging, if assembled, away and recycle it

Unfortunately we cannot assemble frames and bunk beds – however these will still be delivered to the room of the customers’ choice.

Damages Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a 14 day, no quibble, cancellation and refund guarantee for goods bought online. See Terms and Conditions. To recieve a full refund with no deductions, you need to return the goods in their original packaging and in good order. If you buy on-line you can return your goods within 14 days and get a full refund including any delivery charges. If you are unable to return the goods we offer a chargeable collection service at £70 or £120 for adjustable beds.

Late Delivery

We offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred due to late delivery.
